SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days ($5.99)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days ($12.99)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

Note for Non-Contiguous States:

-Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories: 5-10 business days for standard shipping

-These locations may experience longer transit times due to additional shipping logistics

International Shipping:
- Standard International: 7-14 business days (rates calculated at checkout)
- Express International: 3-5 business days (rates calculated at checkout)

Tracking Information:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs & Import Taxes:
International customers may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Mountain Mama Beard Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged items.
